Concierge beach setups · Palm Beach County coast

Show up. Sit down. Soak it in.

We get there first, set the scene, and disappear. You arrive to shade, comfort, ice, and the only thing you have to remember is the sunscreen.

Four steps. Then a beach day that runs itself.

We confirm every booking within 2 hours — checking weather, beach access, parking, and local rules. Full refund if we can't pull it off. No surprises, no hauling chairs.

  1. Pick your setup

A two-person umbrella with throw pillows, or a full-blown twelve-guest cabana lounge. You choose the size; we choose the styling.

  2. Tell us the day

Date, time, beach, headcount. New to the area? Tell us the vibe and we'll recommend the right access point.

  3. We confirm the plan

Within two hours: weather, permits, parking, and access verified. Anything off? We refund on the spot — no questions.

  4. Arrive and exhale

Shade up, chairs out, cooler iced, towels rolled. Take photos. We'll be back at sundown to clear it all away.

Sebastian Cowan, founder of Shoreline Cabanas

Who you're working with

“We get there first, set the scene, and disappear. The day belongs to you.”

Sebastian Cowan Founder, Shoreline Cabanas

Sebastian grew up on the Palm Beach County coast — a sunburned kid with a wagon full of folding chairs, and an unreasonable opinion about where a cabana should face. Shoreline Cabanas is that opinion, fully grown.

Every reservation goes through Sebastian or someone he trained personally. You get a single point of contact, a phone number that answers, and a setup that looks like it was waiting for you the whole time.

What guests say

Soft sand. Hard recommendations.

“We landed at PBI, drove straight to the beach, and there was a cabana with our name on it. Best vacation decision we've ever made.”

M. & J. Whitley Anniversary · Palm Beach

“I planned a surprise proposal at sunset, told Sebastian once, and stopped worrying. She said yes; I cried; the photographer caught all of it.”

A. Patel Proposal · Jupiter Beach

“Twelve guests, one birthday, zero things I had to think about. The team handled the haul, the heat, and the cleanup like it was nothing.”

K. Romero Birthday · Delray Beach

Frequently asked

Questions, answered.

How far in advance should I book?

Two weeks is comfortable; a month is generous; ninety days is safest in season (Thanksgiving through April). We work miracles for last-minute bookings, but we don't promise them.

What if it rains?

If the forecast is going against us we'll reach out the morning of and either reschedule or refund — your call. We watch the radar so you don't have to.

Do you handle permits and beach access?

Yes. Every confirmed booking includes a verified access point, parking notes, and any municipal permits required. If a beach has rules we can't meet, we'll suggest a nearby one that works.

What is actually included?

Cabana or umbrella, chairs, cushions, throw pillows, an outdoor rug, fresh towels, a stocked Yeti cooler, a portable fan, a Bluetooth speaker, sunscreen, and a curated paper-and-magazine stack. Setup, styling, and breakdown are always included.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Absolutely. The cooler arrives iced and ready. Want it pre-stocked? Add a picnic spread on the add-ons step and we will handle the shopping.

How do you handle tips for the team?

Tips are never expected and always appreciated. If you would like to add gratuity, there is a line on your reservation; cash on the sand also works.
